Chicken pakora
Chicken pakora is a classic indian finger food. It's very common and popular among all the non-vegetarian. This item is generally served as a starter in some popular chiniese restaurant like main land china Nanking etc.. This is a bit different traditional chicken pakora recipe.
Ingredients
Chicken mines
Chopped green chili 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Garlic fine chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger fine chopped 1 Tbsp
Finally chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Egg 2 one add for minced chicken other for coating
Maida 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Preparation
Take a mix bowl add green chili, onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, maida, corn flour,salt and minced chicken also
Set a aside for 1/2 hour
Break an egg whisk it
Make desire size of meat ball out of minced chicken
Now deep each ball in egg batter and roll it in corn flour.
Deep fry for 10 minutes
