Corn kebab is a delicious indian snack made by deep frying a spicy mixture of sweet corn potato and other vegetables. Corn kebab can be served for breakfast and evening snack.


Ingredients


Boiled corn 1/2 cup
Mashed potato 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 TSP
Green chili 1
Bread crumbs 1/2cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Red chili 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying


Preparation


Add 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
Coursly grind it (don't add water)
Put the corn paste in a bowl
Add 2 boiled & mashed potato
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Add 1 green chili
Add salt to taste
Add 1 TSP ginger garlic paste
Add 2 tbsp rice flour
Add 2 tbsp red chilli powder
Mix it well
Grease your palm with water
Make kebab like this
Ready to fry
Put it in hot oil
Fry it until golden brown colour
Take it on kitchen towel
