Chana pulao

Today I'm sharing Chana Pulao recipe
Ingredients
Kabuli chana -2 cup
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin- 1tsp
Bay leaf- 2
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1inch
Onion-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Tomato-1 medium
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Red chili-1/2tsp
Coriander-1/2tsp
Cumin-1/2tsp
Curry powder-1tbsp
Basmati rice- 1 cup
Water- 2cup
Ghee-1tsp
Kasuri methi- 1/2tsp
Lemon juice-1tsp
Curd- 1/2 cup
Preparation
Add 2 tbsp oil
Then add bay leaf, cardamom, cumin cinnamon-1inch
Saute 1 minutes
Add finely chopped onion
Saute well
Add ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Saute well
Add 1 finely chopped tomato
Mix well
Add tumeric,red chili, coriander, cumin,curry powder and salt
Saute well on low flame
Add 2 cup soaked boiled chana
Mix well
Cook for 5 minutes
Add 1/2 cup curd
Saute well
Add 1tsp kasuri methi
Add 1 cup soaked basmati rice
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Add 2 cup water
Mix well
Then add 1 TSP ghee and 1 TSP lemon juice
Then cover it for two whistle
Ready to serve
