Khajoor Laddu
Ingredients
Sesame seeds
Desiccated coconut
Dry fruits
Khajoor
Preparation
Put the khajoor in the grinding jar
After grinding
Roast desiccated coconut for 2 min
Then keep it aside
Roast sesame seeds for 2 min
Keep it aside
Add 2 tbsp ghee in the pan
Add chopped dry fruits & roast for 2 min
Add grounded khajoor
Mix it with roasted dry fruits
Fry it for 4 min
Add roasted desiccated coconut & sesame seeds
Mix it well
Grease the ghee in a palm & make a small bal
Keep it in a plate
Roll the ball into desiccated coconut powder
Ready to serve
