Mini veg thali

             Thanks for visit my website I am sharing new recipe in my blog for simple and delicious dishes. Today I am sharing mini veg thali. Mini veg thali is a combination of  different taste and flavours arranged in a thali. Serve all nutrients required for proper diet.


Ingredients


Rice


Washed rice -1 cup

Little oil


Dal


Toor dal -1/2 cup

Tomato -4

Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2

Garlic - 4 nos

Salt to taste

Onion - 1

Green chili - 2

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp


Jeera potato


Oil -3 tbsp

Cumin seeds - 1 TSP

Chopped green chili

Boiled potato - 4

Turmeric powder - 1/2 TSP

Salt to taste

Red chili flakes - 1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice - 1 TSP

Coriander leaves


Preparation


Add 1.5 cups of water.

Add 1 cup washed rice & mix it well.

Add little oil.

Close the lid and let the rice to cooke till 1 whistle.

Rice is ready.


Dal


Add 1/2 toor dal in pressure cooker.

Add. 4 tomato, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds,1/2 tsp mustard seeds 4 garlic, 1 onion, 2 chopped green chili and salt to taste.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.

Add 2.25 cup water.

Mix it well.

Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well.

Close the lid and cook for 5 whistle.

Dal is ready.

Add coriander leaves and mix well


Jeera potato


Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 chopped green chili.

Fry it for few seconds.

Add 4 chopped boiled potato.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Mix it well.

Cover it and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

After 5 minutes open the lid and add 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes and cook it for a minute.

Close the lid.

Add 1 tsp lemon juice.

Jeera potato is ready.

Add coriander leaves.
